*Please read this before placing your order.*
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address will delay the arrival of your delicious order! We cannot be responsible for perishable items sent to the wrong address.
  • All orders are shipped UPS. Any claims of service made by UPS are their responsibility to uphold.
  • Shipments are sent Monday through Thursday to ensure freshness.
  • Shipping options only refer to the time in transit, not the time from when your order is placed to when it reaches you.
  • Perishable items will require 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you order these items and do not select the proper shipping you will be sent an email to inform you of this instructions on how to resubmit your order with the proper shipping method. Your order may be held for shipping reasons if it is scheduled to ship to close to a weekend or major holiday that will delay the packages arrival.
  • If there are any broken items in your order inform us immediately. In most cases it will be necessary for us to file a report with UPS prior to shipping out a replacement. All breakages are handled on a case by case basis.
  • Back orders will be held only for two weeks. If two weeks have passed and we still have not acquired your item, you will be notified and it will be removed from your order.
  • Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • All packages must have a signature upon delivery.
  • Please refridgerate all non dry goods upon receipt.
  • If you feel there is anything wrong with your order please contact us within three days of when you received it.
  • Refunds are not given on shipping charges once a package is shipped out.
  • Returns must have an Return Authorization Number. To recieive one please call 1-877-472-2767. Instructions will be given when you call.
  • Refunds may take up to three days to process.

If you are ordering meats or soft cheese and are outside of the two day ground delivery areas,
you must select air shipping to ensure freshness.

Packages marked for air that are in the one or two day ground area
will no longer be adjusted to ground shipping.
