orders are shipped UPS or FedEx. Any
claims of service made by
UPS or FedEx respectively are their responsibility
to uphold.

Shipments
are sent Monday thru Thursday
to ensure freshness.

Shipping
options only
refer to the time in transit,
not the time from when your
order is placed to when it
reaches you.

Some
items will require 2nd Day
Air or Next Day Air. If you
order these items and do
not select the proper shipping
you will be sent an email
to inform you of this and
a second email telling you
of the new charges. Your
order may be held for shipping
reasons.

If
there are any broken items
in your order inform us immediately.
In most cases it will be
necessary for us to file
a report with UPS prior to
shipping out a replacement.
All breakages are handled
on a case by case basis.

Back
orders will be held only
for two weeks. If two weeks
have passed and we still
have not acquired your item,
you will be notified and
it will be removed from your
order.

Sorry
we cannot ship to PO Boxes
or APO addresses.

packages must have a signature
upon delivery.

refridgerate all non dry
goods upon receipt.

you feel there is anything
wrong with your order please
contact us within three days
of when you received it.

Refunds
are not given on shipping
charges once a package is
shipped out.
