orders are shipped UPS. Any
claims of service made by
UPS are their responsibility

are sent Monday through Thursday
to ensure freshness.

refer to the time in transit,
not the time from when your
order is placed to when it
reaches you.

items will require 2nd Day
Air or Next Day Air. If you
order these items and do
not select the proper shipping
you will be sent an email
to inform you of this instructions on how to resubmit your order with the proper shipping method. Your
order may be held for shipping
reasons if it is scheduled to ship to close to a weekend or major holiday that will delay the packages arrival.

there are any broken items
in your order inform us immediately.
In most cases it will be
necessary for us to file
a report with UPS prior to
shipping out a replacement.
All breakages are handled
on a case by case basis.

Back
orders will be held only
for two weeks. If two weeks
have passed and we still
have not acquired your item,
you will be notified and
it will be removed from your
order.

we cannot ship to PO Boxes
or APO addresses.

packages must have a signature
upon delivery.

refridgerate all non dry
goods upon receipt.

are not given on shipping
charges once a package is
shipped out.
